About the Event:

Join Certified B Corps Greenplaces and Crave Fishbar for an interactive afternoon of oyster shucking, environmental context, and cross-sector conversation on sustainability goals. Led by NYC’s first Oyster Sommelier, Jeremy Benson, attendees will learn to shuck and taste oysters while exploring NYC’s oyster history and the restoration work of the Billion Oyster Project.

Over drinks and light bites, we’ll crack open the conversation of practical sustainability strategies - how organizations can navigate growing expectations, requirements, and strategic goals that are meaningful, manageable, and make sense for the people putting them into practice.

Come learn something new, exchange perspectives, and build relationships with others navigating what sustainability looks like in the real world.
